Staying With Us

1. How do I make a reservation? ¿Cómo reservo una habitación?

   To make a reservation:

   Dates: Give us the day and hour that you will arrive and how many nights you would like to stay.
   

   Who: Tell us who is coming, How many people. Please give us the names of the individuals. Next to the names, indicate couple, single sister, single brother, parents and children. Some of our rooms have multiple beds to accommodate parents and young children or several sisters or several brothers. Letting us know the details, will help us pick the perfect room for you. All of our rooms have a bathroom.
   

   Arrival: Let us know when you will arrive. See our "Location" tab for directions. If you need to be picked up from the airport, please give us your airline and flight number. (We will monitor your flight arrival time, in case of flight delays.) We will be at the airport with a Watchtower or other literature, so you will know how to idenify us. See "About Us" to see a picture of us.

   Información que necesitamos:

   Fechas: Por favor díganos el día y hora que va a llegar, y cuantas noches se quedara.
   

   Quién: Por favor diganos quién viene, cantidad de personas y sus  nombres.  Junto a los nombres, indicar si es soltero, padres e hijos o matrimonios. Algunas de nuestras habitaciones tienen múltiples camas para acomodar a padres con niños pequeños o 2-3 hermanas o 2-3 hermanos. Los detalles nos ayudarán a escoger la habitación perfecta para usted.

   Llegada: Diganos la fecha llegada. Consulte "Location" para ver un mapa y nuestra dirección. Si usted necesita ser recogidos desde el aeropuerto, por favor dénos el nombre de la aerolínea y número de vuelo. (Seguiremos de cerca la hora de llegada de su vuelo en internet, en caso de retrasos en los vuelos.) Estaremos en el aeropuerto con una Atalaya o Desperdad, para que sepa cómo identificarnos. Consulte "About Us" para ver una foto de nosotros.

    

   
   

2. What are the prices, services, and accommodations? ¿Cuáles son los precios, servicios y alojamiento?

   Prices: Vary depending on the amount of days and the quantity of people in your group. Please email us with your trip details and we will quickly respond with the answers to your questions.

   Services: We are flexible to care for your individual needs, so let us know what you need and how we can help. We offer breakfast every morning in our guest dinning room. There is a guest kitchen for your use, if you like to do your own cooking. We have WFI, TV and a landline telephone.

   Accommodations: Each room has a bathroom with clean towels, soap, and showers with hot water. Most rooms have AC and closets for hanging up clothes. The water from the tap is not drinkable, but we can provide you with drinking water.

   
   

   ¿Cuáles son los precios, servicios y alojamiento?

   Precios: Varían dependiendo de la cantidad de días y la cantidad de personas en su grupo. Por favor envíenos un correo electrónico con los detalles de su viaje y le responderemos rápidamente con las respuestas a sus preguntas.

   Servicios: Somos flexibles para cuidar de sus necesidades individuales, si usted nos dice su necesidad podemos ayudarle. Ofrecemos desayuno cada mañana en nuestro comedor. Tenemos una cocina de huéspedes para su uso, si le gusta hacer su propia comida. Tenemos WFI, TV y un teléfono fijo.

   Alojamiento: Cada habitación tiene un baño con toallas limpias, duchas con agua caliente y jabón. La mayoría de habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y armarios para colgar la ropa. El agua de la calle no es potable, pero nosotros le brindamos agua filtrada.

   Yes! Less than a mile from us is the large City Mall. You will find details about it's Cinema, grocery store (Mega Maxi), food court and much more on their website:
